Probably the last lot in Knollwood subdivision. There are two lots included in the listing. The big one is 4.76 acres and is in the cul de sac.The second lot is only .29 acres and has frontage on Countrywood Drive. Both parcels are in the Forest City limits and are currently totally wooded. Access to the 5.05 acres would be through the big parcel. The Town of Forest City has a sewer pump station at the bottom of the property beside the creek and they also have an easement through a paved asphalt road. The Town has an access agreement with owners to use this road although use is infrequent. There are also several sewer lines that run through the lower end of the property. Land slopes fairly rapidly from top to bottom, but there are good building spots on the property. A nice sized creek is the bottom property line.
